Welcome to ITHubNg. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Student Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal, academic and contact information.
  • Upload a genuine CV and an authentic school IT/SIWES letter.
  • Apply only to opportunities you genuinely intend to pursue.
  • Report honestly whether you have been placed with a company.
  • Represent yourself professionally with any company you engage.

2. Company Responsibilities

  • Register with a legitimate, verifiable Nigerian business identity.
  • Post only real internship or SIWES/Industrial Training opportunities.
  • Review applicants fairly and respond within a reasonable time.
  • Provide a safe, professional environment for placed students.
  • Comply with all applicable Nigerian labour and data protection laws.

3. Platform Rules

  • No fraudulent, misleading or discriminatory content.
  • No solicitation of payments outside the official platform channels.
  • No harassment, spam or misuse of applicant data.

4. Payment Policy

Students pay a one-time fee of ₦3,500 to access verified SIWES / Industrial Training opportunities. Payments are processed through Squad, our licensed payment gateway.

Refunds: Approved refunds are 50% of the registration fee only (₦1,750). The remaining 50% covers administrative and processing costs and is non-refundable.

5. Account Suspension

ITHubNg may suspend any account that violates these Terms, submits false information, engages in fraud, or misuses the platform. Suspended users will be notified by email.

6. Account Termination

Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent account termination. Users may also request voluntary deletion of their account at any time by contacting [email protected].

7. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Nigeria's NDPA (Nigeria Data Protection Act) principles.

8. Limitation of Liability

ITHubNg is a matching platform. We do not employ students and are not a party to any placement contract between a student and a company. We are not liable for disputes, damages or losses arising from placements arranged through the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from your use of ITHubNg will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting [email protected]. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ITHubNg after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
